A Wild Man In Borneo
Summary: So, this was the first episode of The Jeff Corwin Experience and it was definately a good one. Jeff explores the third largest island in the world, Borneo. He finds many different creatures and has a blast while doing it. This was one of my favorite episodes.
Featured Animals: Asian elephant, orangutan, swiftlet, horseshoe bat, tons of other bats, leech, proboscis monkey, Harliquent tree frog (spelling?), mangrove snake, sea turtle, yellow lip sea krait.
Outfit: Light blue shirt, greenish/gray shorts, brown braided belt, gray socks and hiking shoes.
India: Riding The Cobra Express Summary: Jeff takes us to India to explore the deserts and take us to the ultimate snake festival. He uses tons of humor throughout the show. I would explain it to you, but you really have to see it to know what I am talking about. In India we find some rare and exciting creatures, as well as some that we are already more familure with, but Jeff teaches us new and interesting things about them. I think I learned a lot from watching this episode, not only about animals, but about Indian culture as well.
Featured Animals: spectical cobra, russel viper (I don't know how to spell that), elephants, desert sand boa (red sand boa), rats, camels, green vine snake, gharial, crocodile, indian rock python, rat snake.
Lets see what our darling Jeff wearing today... Jeff is wearing the tight blue shirt, green/gray shorts, brown braided belt, gray socks, and hiking shoes. Now, I don't know about you, but I will never get tired of seeing this outfit on Jeff Corwin.
Bonus: The bonus in this episode can't be seen until the very end when Jeff is dancing with a bunch of guys at the cobra festival. When he is dancing with these guys the camera happens to catch two quick butt shots... SCORE!!!
Arizona: Land Of The Serpent Summary: Traveling to Arizona, we encounter a land filled with serpents. Jeff has a lot of fun working with bats, snakes and lizards in the harsh landscape of south east Arizona. In this episode Jeff also does a little surgery on a snake. It's a really cute show.
Featured Animals: western diamondback rattlesnake, Arizona king snake, gofer snake, long-nose bat, long-tongue bat, dove, walking stick, horny toad, centipede, gecko, spadefoot toad, borrowing owls, turtle, gilo monster.
Clothes: Blue shirt, green/gray shorts, gray socks, hiking shoes, brown braided belt.
Alaska: Northern Exposure Summary: We travel to the snowy peaks of Alaska with Jeff Corwin. I never would have thought that there was even enough wildlife in Alaska to make a show, but Jeff found tons of creatures to share with us. Now, this episode has the CUTEST, no joke the CUTEST, face I have ever seen on Jeff. When he is imitating the different barks and growls of sea lions, he definately makes one super cute face.
Featured Animals: Jeff finds many different forms of life in Alaska, some of them include otters, steller sea lions, harbor seal, giant pacific octopus, salmon, black bear, black-tail deer, musk ox, pica, red fox, some sheep and the moose.
A never before seen outfit: Blue button up shirt, light brown pants, khaki coat, brown hiking boots, a light blue cap and a dark brown belt.
Bonus: Well, you might not think it is that big of a bonus, but I think it is. Jeff does an amazing impression of different kinds of sea lions.
Louisiana: Call Of The Cajun Wild Summary: We're headed to the swamps of Lousianna in search of one very cool turtle. As you can imagine, Jeff has a ball traipsing through the wetlands in Louisiana. This episode was a lot of fun and it has inspired me to someday maybe go down and visit Louisiana. But, the thing that made this episode so memorable was Redneck Corwin. That has got to be one of the weirdest things anyone could have thought up, but it sure was funny.
Featured Animals: barred owl, canebrake rattlesnake, green tree frog, speckled kingsnake, alligators, armidillo, albino alligator, water moccasin (cottonmouth), black bear, possum, swamp rabbit, alligator snapping turtle.
Get-up: Surprise, surprise. Jeff is wearing his tight blue shirt, green/gray shorts, gray socks, hiking shoes, brown braided belt and he also wear hip waiters through part of the show.
Bonus: Seeing Redneck Corwin. That was just too funny.
Thailand: The Royalty Of Siam Summary: Jeff explores south east Asia. This is one funny show. He encounters a bunch of animals and makes jokes about everything. He even visits a floating market, where he bargains with some lady just to save three cents. It's not like he's cheap; he's just wise about the way he spends money. Thrifty, if you will. No, I am only joking. But, like always Jeff pulls through with an excellent show.
Featured Animals: reticulated python, asain elephant, asiatic black bear, malayan sun bear, whip scorpion, the smallest bat on earth, cobra, white lipped viper, gliding gecko, gibbon, mock viper, clouded leopard and tigers.
Outfit of the day: Blue shirt (the tight one, of course), green/gray shorts, brown braided belt and sandals, well actually, some of the time he is wearing gray socks and his hiking shoes.
Bonus: Jeff takes a shower outside, so you get to see his naked top and that wonderful tatoo on his arm.
Six Days To The Dragon Summary: On a Quest to find the Komodo Dragon Jeff is headed out on a boat, sailing around Indonesia, going from island to island finding all sorts of wildlife. I have to say that this episode made me cry because I laughed so hard. I thought it was so funny when he was playing around with the fiddler crabs. Jeff, you can just think up things off the top of your head, and they are so funny!! I definately love this episode. It is in my top three favorites. If you haven't seen it then you are really missing out and you should make sure you watch it the next time it is on.
Featured Animals: king cobra, water monitor, fiddler crabs, long tailed macacks (don't know how to spell that), sea turtle, water buffalo, malayan fruit eating bat (flying fox), draco (flying dragon), komodo dragon.
Choice Of Clothing: As always Jeff looked stunning. He wore his tight blue shirt, green/gray shorts, brown braided belt, gray socks, hiking shoes.
Bonus: Shirt off.......need I say more?
Into The Heart Of Darkness Summary: This episode is one of my personal favorites, as a matter of fact, I think it is my most favorite. It is extremely funny and packed full of information. I also give Jeff bonus points for his creativity with the title of the show. You see the title of this episode is "Into the Heart of Darkness" and he is relating his experiences to this movie, "Apocalypse Now." But "Apocalyse Now" is a movie based on a book called "Heart of Darkness." So, I think that was pretty neat thinking on his behalf. But anyway, in this episode Jeff travels down a river in eastern Equador in search of Zancudo Cutcha, where he plans to find the reclusive black caiman. It is definately an episode worth watching. Featured Animals: the tapir, anaconda, giant river turtle, smokey swamp frog, leaf cutter ants, vine snake, tree frog, kinkajou, cricket, amazon tree boa, socail spiders, spectacle caiman, several other animals and of course, the black caiman. What is Jeff wearing: Blue shirt, gray shorts, brown braided belt, gray socks and hiking shoes.
Bonus: Throughout the show Jeff is seen constantly with his shirt off. So, while you're watching this episode, make sure you have a fan and a bucket of ice near you so you don't get too hot.
Brazil: The River Wolf And The Isle Of Serpents Summary: Jeff travels to Brazil where we see the secret life of Jeff Corwin. He is really Javier Corwin who works in an office all day in San Paolo, Brazil. In his daydreams he is the wildlife biologist, Jeff Corwin. It is a really funny plot that definately took a lot of imagination. Jeff is expolring an area of wetlands in western Brazil where he encounters tons of wildlife.
Featured Animals: capybara, river otters, caiman, yellow anaconda, tucans, howler monkeys, golden lancehead viper, tarantula, porcupine, new tropical water snake, caiman lizard, baby booby.
What's covering his body?: Well, when Jeff is actually Jeff, he is wearing his blue shirt, his shorts, that I still can't figure out if they are green or gray, gray socks, his hiking shoes, and a brown braided belt. When Jeff is pretending to be Javier, he is wearing glasses, a white shirt and a tie with gray slacks and a yellowish, plad type coat. I must say, he looked very, very good.
Bonus: The bonus in this episode was the pelvic thrust. Yes, you heard me right, the pelvic thrust. Jeff decided that him being hot just wasn't enough so he did this pelvic thrust thing with these two other cowboys, and as if that itself wasn't enough to send any woman over the edge, they repeated the action three times.
Into Africa
Summary: Jeff travels to Namibia in search of the fastest serpent and the fastest land mammal. I totally love this episode because Jeff is just so creative and full of energy. Not to mention he is hillarious. He does this whole English Patient thing; it's great. He is too cute.
Featured Animals: sidewinder, leopard tortoise, warthog, zebra, giraffe, savanna monitor, african elephants, white rhino, puff adder, dwarf chameleon, cheetah, black momba, cape fur seal.
Dressed To Kill: Yes he is. Jeff is wearing a green button up shirt with blue shorts, a dark brown belt, gray socks and hiking shoes. This is one of his outfits I really like a lot. He is such a babe...
Madagascar: The Land That Time Forgot Summary: For his next big adventure our one and only herpatologist is traveling all the way to Madagascar. It is in Madagascar where Jeff finds all different kinds of lemurs and chameleons. I thought that this episode was a very cool one. For one thing it was hilarious, and another, it was just packed full of information. That is what I love about Jeff. He can make anything fun and interesting. I think Jeff was also very pleased with the way this episode turned out. He did a good job.
Featured Animals: a whole lot of chameleons, tomato frog, tamracks (spelling?), crowned lemurs, tree boa, leaf-tailed gecko, bamboo lemur, white fronted lemur, mouse lemur, hai-hai, greater dwarf lemur, a bug that looks like a leaf (there is no way I will be able to spell it) and some leaf-nosed snakes.
How's he looking?: Jeff is looking mighty fine in Madagascar. He is wearing the green button up shirt I love so much with the blue shorts, dark brown belt, gray socks and hiking shoes.
Panama: Bridge Between The Americas Summary: Jeff goes to Panama in search of the national bird of Panama, the Harpy eagle. He makes plenty of jokes and, as always, comes through with a great show. He even finds a new way for us ladies to remove hair! But if you want to find out what it is, then you're going to have to watch the episode.
Featured Animals: boa constricter, tamarin, sloth, eyelash viper, central american spider monkey, south american spider monkey, night monkey, ocelot, poison dart frog, fer-de-lance, smokey swamp frog, and the harpy eagle.
Jeff's ensemble: I hate to say it, but Jeff is wearing a YELLOW shirt. He's also wearing blue shorts, a dark brown belt, gray socks and his hiking shoes. All I have to say is that his wife definately didn't pick that out, because any woman in her right mind would have more fasion sense than that. But, even though the outfit wasn't all that....umm...pretty, Jeff still carried it well. Don't get me wrong, he doesn't look bad in the yellow. I think he looked fine in yellow. It's just, ya know, it didn't look right. But it's okay, honey, we all have our days.
Galapagos: The Living Labratory Summary: Jeff and his crew traveled to the Galapagos to retrace Darwin's steps. They visited many of the islands and made a show mostly about the iguanas you find there and how they are unique to the differnt islands you find in the Galapagos. This was my least favorite of all the Jeff Corwin episodes. It wasn't bad or anything. I would still give it 4 1/2 stars out of five. I loved it, but it was just missing something. And it's not like it was boring either, because I loved learning about Darwin in school. I don't know. It is just my least favorite, but it is still very much worth recording and watching over and over again.
Featured Animals: marine iguanas, sally light foot crabs, sea lions, sharks, penguin, blue footed booby, octopus, blue hill tortoise, land iguana, and a hybrid between a marine iguana and a land iguana.
Unfortunately for us, Jeff is once again wearing clothes... Jeff wears the same yellow shirt, blue shorts and dark brown belt as he did in Panama. The only difference is that he wore aqua socks throughout most of the episode. I love it when he wears aqua socks because it shows off his whole leg, and I LOVE those chicken legs!
Bonus: Lucky for you, there are two bonuses in this episode! Jeff is shown for a brief moment with his shirt off, and it shows him in a wet suit.
Extreme Encounters Summary: This episode was a collection of Jeff's most memerable experiences from the past season. All the way from the biggest animals he's encountered to the smallest. I definately loved this one because Jeff is broadcasting the show from his own house. So all you stalkers out there can see what his house looks like! (haha, just kidding). As well as showing us his favorite animals he's encountered while on the road, Jeff also shows us some of his own pets. Featured Animals: flat worm, a bug that looks like a leaf, komodo dragons, king cobra, african elephants, reticulated python, scorpion, Malayan fruit eating bat (flying fox), swamp frog, the samllest chameleon in the world, the brown mouse lemur, poison dart frog, tiger, cheetah, hai-hai, and a very colorful chameleon. Jeff's outfit of choice: jeans, light blue button-up shirt, brown belt, gray socks, and black shoes.
Snake-tacular Summary: If you are like Jeff Corwin and love snakes, then this is the episode for you. This whole hour was dedicated to the wonderful world of snakes. In this episode you will explore and learn about snakes that Jeff has encountered from all over the world.
Featured Animals: Western diamondback rattlesnake, golden lancehead viper, cat-eyed snake, green vine snake, eyelash viper, sidewinder, black momba, hognose snake, bamboo viper, white lipped pit viped, yellow lipped sea krait, burmese python, rainbow boa, indian rock python, cobra, another type of viper (russel viper?), and the coral snake.
What is mighty fine Jeff Wearing today?: Jeff is wearing light brown pants with a dark brown, tight on his chest, sweater with what appeared to be black shoes. He definately looked like a hottie.
